Haldon Industries has entered into an agreement to be acquired by SciDev – a leader in the development and application of both chemistry and process control for solids- liquid separation.
The acquisition of Haldon Industries (Haldon) provides SciDev with immediate scale in the water treatment vertical complementing the organic growth opportunities and revenue SciDev is generating across the mining, oil & gas and infrastructure verticals.
